Pair with

  • 20ml The Jam Shiraz

  • 45ml  blanco tequila

  • 30ml fresh lime juice

  • 30ml chilli simple syrup

  • Fresh birdseye chilli ice

Ingredients

Method

Add tequila, lime and chilli simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. 

Shake and pour into coupe. 

Pour The Jam Shiraz into a small jug and use the back of a spoon to gently add the The Jam Shiraz to the top of the margarita.

Add chilli ice

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup water 

  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes (or more if you like it SPICYYYY)

CHILLI SIMPLE SYRUP

Add sugar and water to a small pot over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves.

Add chilli flakes, give it a stir, cover with lid, then turn off the heat and allow the mix to infuse for at least 10 mins.

Adjust heat by adding extra chilli flakes and letting it sit longer.
