120ml Strawberry Hustle Rosé
1 small watermelon
90ml parts lime juice
60ml simple syrup
60ml tequila blanco
lime slices, to garnish
watermelon slices, to garnish
flaky salt, to garnish

Ingredients

Method

First make the watermelon juice. Cut the skin off the watermelon and dice the flesh. Add the diced watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine sieve. Discard the pulp.

Rim a glass with flaky salt and fill with ice.

Add all ingredients to a shaker (including 60ml of watermelon juice) with ice and shake well.

Pour over ice in the glass and garnish with slices of lime and watermelon.
