  • 1 bottle Passion Crush Sauvignon Blanc 

  • ½  lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced 

  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

  • Handful fresh mint leaves

  • ¼ cup lime juice 

  • ¼ cup honey

  • Soda water

Ingredients

Method

Combine cucumber slices, lime slices and 12 mint leaves in a large pitcher.

Stir together lime juice and honey, then pour into the pitcher.

Add Passion Crush Sauvignon Blanc, stirring gently, then cover and chill for at least two hours.

Pour over ice and top with an inch of sparkling water.
