  • 60ml passionfruit syrup

  • 30ml lime juice

  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet

  • 60ml soda water

  • Mint leaves, to garnish

Method

Add passionfruit syrup and lime juice to a glass. 

Pour in Passion Crush Sauvignon Blanc. 

Place a scoop of sorbet into a glass. 

Top up with soda water. 

Garnish with mint leaves to serve.
