120ml Cherry Bomb Pinot Noir
120 ml citrus juice (blend of 1 orange, lemon and lime)
60 ml simple syrup
Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
Raw or white sugar, for the glasses

Method

Rim a martini glass with raw or white sugar.

Add Cherry Bomb Pinot Noir, citrus juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake and pour into glass and top with soda water.

Smack the rosemary between your hands to release the oils before adding to the glass as a garnish.
