  • 1/3 cup Butterscotch Bliss Californian Chardonnay 

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tsp simple syrup 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract with seeds or vanilla paste

  • Squeeze of lemon (about a tsp)

  • 15 Werther’s Originals hard candy (optional)

Method

To make the butterscotch shards, first line a baking tray with baking paper.

Slowly melt Werther’s Originals over a low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until melted.

Pour onto the baking tray and tilt to spread out slightly. Wait for it to cool and then break into shards.

To make the cocktail place egg white, sugar, vanilla extract, and Butterscotch Bliss Californian Chardonnay in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and then strain into a glass of your choice.

Garnish with a vanilla flower.
